'Accessing Therapy' Title
Therapy is a gift. It is the chance to finally be heard, understood, and supported.
— Bessel van der Kolk

I offer both in-person and online sessions so that you can access quality mental health care from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Teletherapy is a good option for people who live in remote locations, those with mobility challenges, for continuity of care during periods of illness, or can simply be a preference.

Online sessions are conducted via a secure online platform that meets professional privacy standards. To participate in teletherapy, you will need:

  • a private, quiet space where you won’t be overheard, so your privacy is maintained, and

  • a device with a camera and microphone (e.g., smartphone, tablet, or computer), and

  • a stable internet connection.

During our initial discussions, we can explore which option may be most appropriate for you, or whether a combination of in-person and telehealth sessions would be helpful over time.
