I completed a Bachelor of Psychology with First-Class Honours in 2012. In 2019, I was awarded my Doctorate of Philosophy, while teaching in the School of Psychology at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst. I gained psychological registration that same year.
My work is grounded in evidence-based interventions and a genuine respect for each person’s unique story. I aim to provide care that is supportive, practical, and responsive to the needs of the people I work with.
I have a special interest in trauma-informed care. I am the daughter of a Vietnam veteran, and I previously served as a correctional officer within the NSW Department of Corrective Services. These experiences have deeply informed my understanding of complex trauma and the impact it can have on individuals and their families.
